Our Client, a highly respected leading software house, is seeking to add to their successful Application Support Team. Our client specialises in Software development for a number of Global Blue Chip clients. The Application Support team will liaise closely with colleagues in software development and infrastructure groups to ensure the best possible user experience for their diverse client base.


Responsibilities

-Responsible for providing support on multiple Applications
-Providing 2nd & 3rd line Support with focus on Customer Service
-Some Technical Analysis


Experience

-1-3 Years Solid Application Support Experience
-Experience of providing 2nd & 3rd line Support
-SQL Experience
-Experience in Issue / Problem Management
-Ability to work autonomously
-Excellent communication Experience
